If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within X days of receiving the order, sending photos of the damage or error. 

We do not accept returns or refunds on personalized products (except for demonstrable manufacturing defects).

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship domestically (Spain) and internationally.

International orders may be subject to taxes and customs duties that are not included in the product price or shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for any additional charges in their destination country.

2. Processing Time

Preparation time: Since our products are handcrafted and personalized, processing time may vary between X and X business days before shipping.

For custom-made or personalized products, production time may be longer and will be specified on each product page.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer different shipping options depending on the destination and urgency:

Standard shipping: X business days.

Express shipping: X business days.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the order. They will be clearly displayed before completing the purchase.

For orders over €X, shipping is free in Spain (if applicable).

4. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track the status of the shipment.

We recommend checking your spam folder in case you do not receive shipping confirmation.

5. Customs & International Duties

For shipments outside the EU, some countries may apply import taxes or customs fees.

These charges are the buyer's responsibility and vary depending on the legislation of each country.

We are not responsible for customs delays.

6. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Orders

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.

If the order is returned due to incorrect address or absent recipient, we can resend the order (upon payment of a new shipment).

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by:

External factors (weather, strikes, customs problems).

Periods of high demand (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.).

Causes beyond our company's control.
