For custom-made or personalized products, production time may be longer and will be specified on each product page.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer different shipping options depending on the destination and urgency:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the order. They will be clearly displayed before completing the purchase.
For orders over €X, shipping is free in Spain (if applicable).
4. Tracking & Notifications
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track the status of the shipment.
We recommend checking your spam folder in case you do not receive shipping confirmation.
5. Customs & International Duties
For shipments outside the EU, some countries may apply import taxes or customs fees.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility and vary depending on the legislation of each country.
We are not responsible for customs delays.
6. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Orders
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.
If the order is returned due to incorrect address or absent recipient, we can resend the order (upon payment of a new shipment).
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
7. Delays & Exceptions
We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by:
External factors (weather, strikes, customs problems).
Periods of high demand (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.).
Causes beyond our company's control.
